1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
  • Items that are damaged due to customer mishandling will not be eligible for returns.

2. How to Request a Return

  • Once your return request is approved, we will arrange for a pickup or guide you on returning the item.

3. Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed only in cash upon successful return verification.
  • The refund amount will be handed over at the time of product pickup or at an agreed location.
  • No refunds will be processed via bank transfers, credit cards, or digital wallets.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Personalized or perishable items are not eligible for return.
  • Clearance sale items or promotional products may not qualify for refunds unless defective.
