• All orders are processed within 2-3 business days after confirmation.
• Shipping times vary depending on your location, typically ranging between 5-10 business days.
• We currently only offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as the payment method. No electronic payments are accepted.
• Once your order is shipped, we will notify you via email or SMS with tracking details if applicable.

2. Shipping Charges

• Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and vary based on order size, weight, and destination.

3. Delivery Guidelines

• Customers must be available to receive the delivery.
• If an order is not accepted upon delivery, it may be canceled, and future COD orders may be restricted.

4. No Exchange Policy

• We do not offer product exchanges. Customers who wish to purchase a different item must return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order.
