- Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
- Items that are damaged due to customer mishandling will not be eligible for returns.

3. Refund Process
- Refunds are processed only in cash upon successful return verification.
- The refund amount will be handed over at the time of product pickup or at an agreed location.

4. Non-Returnable Items
- Personalized or perishable items are not eligible for return.
- Clearance sale items or promotional products may not qualify for refunds unless defective.
